At bb cards we pride ourselves in producing a product that is of very high quality. If for some reason you do not feel satisfied with your order we will be more than happy to refund your money or supply you with a replacement order. Please see below for more information.  

Returns & Exchanges
To return your order, please enclose the goods in their original condition, (as you received them) along with your invoice and the reason for return. Please return goods within 10 days after delivery date.

Your refund will be less the original delivery costs, unless the goods are faulty in which case a full refund, (including postage) will be issued. If you wish to exchange your order please include re delivery costs.

ORDER ONLINE

To order our greeting cards online there are three options.

1.        Buy individual cards.
2.        Buy a box set.
3.        Buy a combination of individual cards and box sets.

Select Individual Card
To buy individual greeting cards simply choose cards by clicking on the thumbnail image to display card as a large image.

Box Set (12 cards)
You can view the cards in the box set by clicking the text link ‘click here’ in the box set description on any of the cards pages. The minimum order is not applicable with the box set. 

Choose the Quantity
Type in the number that you would like to add to your basket in the box provided.

Add To Basket
Press the ‘add to basket ‘ button. This will take you to your shopping basket where you will see all of the items that have been added ready for purchase. From here if your total is less than six cards you will have to continue shopping until you have a minimum of six.

Checkout
When you have all the cards you would like to buy in your shopping basket press the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. This will open the secure checkout hosted by paypal, where you will see a golden padlock in the lower right hand corner of your web browser. This ensures the security of your checkout and transaction experience. You will be taken through a series of pages asking for your personal, shipping and payment details in order for your transaction to be processed.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Orders within Australia are received within 1-4 days. See costs below. Orders outside Australia, (international) are received within 3-10 days. SEND AN ECARD

bb e-cards are easy to create and are free for you to send to anyone who has an email address. Choose E-Card On our e-cards page(s) simply click on the e-card that you would like to preview. There are more located within the categories to the left of the page. This will display the full size card. If you would like to view another card click the ‘back to ecards’ link at the top right of the card. This will take you back to the selection page.

Personalise
To personalise an e-card press the ‘personalise’ button. This page will ask you for details required to send your e-card. Above where you enter your personal message is a tool bar that allows you to change the look of your message. ie: text colour, text style. To use, select all or part of your message and click on the various buttons in the tool bar to see how you can vary the appearance. You can write as much as you like and can even insert a smiley! You may elect to be notified when your e-card has been viewed and to also receive occasional newsletters and promotional communications from bb cards. You may choose to send your e-card on a date specified other than today’s date, up to one year from now. Press the ‘preview your ecard’ button to see your card before you send it. Press ‘send card’. Unless specified your e-card will be on it’s way with in one hour.
